Berlin Family - 1898 Group Photo asking help to ID

I borrowed the original of an 8 x 10 photograph from a Kahle cousin at the Kahle Reunion this past weekend. There are seven people in the photo. All adults. In handwriting, it says "taken Aug. 15, 1898." Someone also labeled one woman "Aunt Hat," who in our family, indicates the woman's identity as Harriet L. Berlin (1849-1921), who was the wife of Harmon Phipps (1841-1931). Harmon and Harriet raised and un-officially adopted my great-grandmother, Alice Stover Kahle. The photo originally came from the Phipps - Kahle Homestead at Elmo. I am thinking that the people in the photo may be Harriet's parents, George Neely Berlin and Susan Cook Berlin, plus some siblings. The ages look right. Can anyone help identify the folks in this photograph? Email me.
