Nancy,
I just came across my copy of the Clarion County Death Register (1893-1906).
I see a Sarah C. Smith, 41, who died Nov. 20, 1906. I'd be glad to see if I can request a death certificate for her.
Also listed are:
Smith, Lida, 12, daughter of H.A. and Sarah Smith, d.June 23, 1897
Smith, William, 4, son of H.A. and Sarah Smith, d. Sept. 6, 1897.
Both died of Typhoid Fever.
