Union Hotel 1800's

I'm looking for who owned and ran the Union Hotel, in Elizabethville, Dauphin County. Various sources say it was a man named Michael Frederick. Michael is the second husband of my fifth great grandmother, Eve M Boyer. The 1850 census, has Nicholas Boyer, Eve's son, as the head of household, and the one who ran the Inn. Is there any information about the Inn or its owners? (allegedly, my relatives)

Thanks,

Stefan
