No exact matches for anyone you listed.

For Campbell there's an Ann and a John Duncan.

No Penman at all.

Thompson has a James, a John, and a Samuel.

Hill has a Samuel only.

And McLean is not listed as spelled, but there are variations.... McLein, which lists a James and a Magdalena... and McLien, which lists a Catharina, a Jonas, and a Magdalena as well. There's also a Catharina McLen (which could have been a misspell originally).

If you'd like the details on any of these individuals let me know. :)
