John and Magdalene are in the 1850 (as Boeshore), 1860(as Boeshor, and now Magdalene is called 'Molly', a nickname), and 1870 East Hanover, Lebanon, Pa census. They then seem to disappear from Lebanon and a John Bashore turns up in 1880 Lower Paxton with with Mariah (was she Magdalena Maria? Molly is a nickname for Mary).

Many of this family name from Lebanon county with many different spellings (Beshore, Boeshor, Beshor, etc) and also many from Berks county, branches of both Berks and Lebanon Beshore families ended up in Dauphin. You might want to look in early Lebanon county (try Bethel Township which is where the early Beshores were).

Good luck
