Thanks for your email. We now have it on good authority that George Harris is Maxwell Harris' father. George Harris (b. in 1879) is listed in all census' from 1880 to 1930, so we're pretty certain he didn't die between 1900-1910. Along the same lines, Mary Harris had 7 children in 1880, but states in 1910 that she has born 9. I believe another sibling of George's died sometime between 1880 and 1910.
