There was a SCHMIDT family from Hainaut, Belgium in Point Marion. There were a couple Robert Schmidts but none married to an Emma in the information shared with me by a cousin.
In a book "Point Marion . . . from the beginning", there is mention of Lydia Shriver's Millinery Shoppe c. 1916 along with a photo of four women standing outside the shop.
Unfortunately this book is not indexed. I've done a quick scan through it for Schmidt and other surnames you've mentioned and have not found anything.
