Looking for additional information on a Joshua Burgen who appears on the 1816 list of taxables in Bridgeport, Fayette Co., Pennsylvania. Also listed as a pipe-maker. Trying to tie him to other Burgans in PA in early 1800's. Anyone know this person? He may have died before the 1820 census, as there is a Sarah Burgan, age 26-44, listed as head of household on the 1820 Bridgeport census. She has 3 females under 10 in her household, and one female 10-15. ANY information welcomed and appreciated greatly.
