Hello, I'm an active duty Navy officer with roots in western PA. My Great-Grandmother was born Grace Thorpe (1901 - 1946), and married Ewing Price Pople (25DEC1899 - MAY1972). From searches on ancestry.com, I believe that Grace's parents were Job Thorpe (b. Feb 1854) & Agnes Thorpe. Unfortunately I can't find any documents online to prove this -- only other online family trees without sources. Can anybody recommend a path to take? Thanks -- there is a lot of documentation about the Thorpe's in Fayette County, but this is one link that's missing.
