I suggest trying to get Grace's death certificate from the PA Vital Records office. It will cost you $9 and take at least 5 weeks, but the death certificate should tell you who the parents were.

You can also try to find her obituary. Hopefully it too has her parents' names. I suggest contacting the Fayette County Genealogical Society.

Both have their own websites.
