I'm interested in the History of Washington Twp
I cant seem to find much written about it
I'd like to know what year was it was formed someone told me 1783 but I'd like to find written documentation
and I'd like to find an old map that shows what was originally Washington Twp .
I know there was a Horse Race Track in Fairhope does anyone know what the name of it was
I'm working on compiling a list of Coal Mines that where
in Washington TWp and have been collecting articles on Miners that worked in the Washington twp mines if anyone has info they like to share contact me
