Looking for information on Godfrey Smith and his family who lived near Redstone, Pa. Godfrey was born in 1752,near Redstone,Pa. He enlisted in the army in 1779, serving 5 years. He married Margaret Hoover. They are said to have had 6 sons and 3 daughters, Jacob was the oldest child born in 1785. In 1810, the family moved to Greenup Co.,Ky. Looking for the parents of Godfrey Smith and information on the Smith family living in PA.
