I sent for the will of William Jacobs Jr., born about Abt. 1769 Maurice River Tp, Cumberland Co., New Jersey
Died about 1842 Richhill Township, Greene Co., Pennsylvania.

The will looks like it is a written transcription of the original will. There was only 1 page.
William Jacobs, Jr., died about 1842. The will was written/signed 20 Dec 1838.
In the will William leaves his land to his sons. He leaves his movable property to his daughters.
Would there also be a deed for the land filed???
What other documents might there likely be available along with his will???
Would there be an inventory of his moveable property??? Might this list the daughters by their married names???
On the lower left hand edge of the will there is a date of 18 Oct 1870. Can someone tell me what this means??? Would there be some other papers in connection with this date??? What should I ask for from the country clerk’s office???
