Am trying to trace my gg grandfather,Philip Robinson, who may have been born in Greene County. He died in Wetzel (or possibly) Marshall Co W. Virginia 1886. He married Martha Lane(?). His son, John Rion, married Elizabeth Mary Sloan, who was the daughter of Mordica and Catherine Vanderhoof Sloan, of Greene County. Catherine died in Wetzed Co W. Virginia in 1897 and Mordica sometime thereafter. If anyone has any information, please contact me at matfive@aol.com.
