Sadie Catherine Dunn was the daughter of my 3rd great grandfather, Daniel Dunn. Her name was Sarah. Her mother was Eliza Jane Garrison Mobley. Eliza Jane died from complications of childbirth on 9 July, 1890. The baby, Bertha Jane, died that September. Daniel and Eliza Jane had the following known children: Effie May m. Henry Charles Brown; Sarah Catherine (born 7 July, 1879) m. John W. Carmichael; George William (my GG grandfather) m. Martha Etta Whipkey; James Newton m. Iva May Mellon; Warren Tracy m. Laura Denny; and Bertha Jane. Daniel remarried Mary E. Carmichael and had 2 more sons. Daniel's parents were William Dunn and Catherine ?. I've been trying to research their ancestry for a few years, now, with little success. I have some information on Daniel's siblings, and some on Eliza Jane's line.
