John Gordon is my 5th great-grandfather. I have information from a WFT file that states his tombstone contains the following: "Ancestor of the Gordon Family of Greene County, Born in Scotland A.D. 1739 "Removed" to Germany thence to America"

Does anyone know anything about this?
