Elijah CAMPBELL b.8 Aug 1846 in Ringgold Twp., Jefferson Co., PA; and son of Benjamin Reeder CAMPBELL from Northumberland Co., PA, and Sarah GOSS also from Northumberland Co., PA. Elijah died 22 May 1904.
Elijah married Sarah HOLBEN in 1865, no complete date yet.
Sarah HOLBEN b.5 Feb 1848 in Redbank Twp., Armstrong Co., PA; and dau of Aaron William HOLBEN and Katherine NEESE. Sarah died 7 Jan 1934.
Elijah & Sarah had nine children and all were born in Ringgold Twp., Jefferson county and their names are:
1) Martha A. b.17 Jul 1866 m.John Curtis SMATHERS, 7 children
2) Elizabeth Ida b.21 Jan 1868 m.Abraham Lincoln STEWART, 3 children
3) Harris C. b.18 Nov 1869 d.22 Aug 1879
4) Raymond Otis b.24 May 1872 m.Rachel Jan HOCH, 3 children
5) Emma b.abt 1876 m.Darius Monroe HOWARD, 1 child
6) Mae/May E. b.Feb 1880 m.John W. McCLELLAND, 1 child
7) Charles Clair b.Dec 1882 m.Jennie mae SNYDER, 4 children
8) Harry b.21 May 1886 d.11 Jan 1888
9) Floyd b.May 1889 m.Lula F. JACK, 1 child
