I'm searching for the ancestors of my great grandfather Oliver H. Lantz who appears to have spent most of his life in Jefferson County. My grandfather was William M. Lantz. I'm also at the brick wall on Lucinda (VanLear) Wyncoop, the mother of Oliver's wife Rachel. The following information is provided:

, page 175. "RACHEL WYNCOOP - d/o JOHN WORK and LUCINDA (VAN LEAR) WYNCOOP (211); b 8 Oct 1852; md 4 July 1869 to OLIVER H. LANTZ of Jefferson Co., Pa. who was b 30 Mar 1849. Both d 1923 and are bur Lutheran Chapel Cemetary at Coral, Pa. They resided at Stanton, Pa. Children:

1273 ii. Henry Burton Lantz - b 20 July 1871; d 20 Jan 1877
1274 iii. Frank Lantz - b 18 Nov 1873; d 18 feb 1877

1276 v. Martha A. Lantz - b 17 May 1878
1277 vi. Samuel H. Lantz - b 6 Aug 1880
1278 vii. Edward C. Lantz - b 20 Mar 1883
1279 viii. Sarah E. Lantz - b 23 Mar 1885
1280 ix. William M. Lantz - b 21 July 1887
1281 x. Mary Myrtle Lantz - b 8 July 1890 (or 9th)

#12 was Dessa Jane, born 4/6/1894. I have collected more information on all children except Martha that is available.
