I have been researching the family of my GGGF, Daniel Meehan, of Jermyn, Lackawanna County, PA. As part of that research, I have traced the family of Daniel J. Meehan, his wife Margaret Morrow, and children Charles M., aka Morrow from Jermyn in the 1910 US Census to DuBois in the 1930 Census, where the family had grown to include: Gerard J.; Rose Ann; and Daniel J.
The last information I have about this family is that Daniel J., the youngest child of Daniel J. and Margaret Morrow Meehan, married Elizabeth Quinlisk, that they were the parents of 13 children, and lived in Punxsutawney. Daniel J. Meehan, Jr., died in October of 1983. Some of his children may still reside in Punxsutawney, or nearby areas.
I would appreciate being contacted by any of the children or other descendants of Daniel J. Meehan, Jr., to discuss the possibility of a family relationship.
