Hello Kathy,
My name is Melody Smith and I am the grandaughter of Gwen Lick (Rhapps). I am graduating in August with my masters degree from Univeristy of Texas Arlington, and for a graduation present, I am going to go Wales. I wanted to look up "old papa" (which is the only way I have ever known Eleazor) when I got there so I was doing a little research before I went and your message came up first on google. I was only five when he died, but I still have fond memories of him because my mom took me over to my grandmas house everyday to help take care of him. I have heard that Sherry Ogden (one of Rose's daughter) has the geneology tracked pretty well and has the information on the town which he was born, I don't know if you are still interested in this informatiion, but if you are, I will forward it your way when I find it.
