I'm stuck on my Rhines/Rines/Rhynes/Rynes/Rhine and Fessler/Fesler family.

Father born in PA or NY. Mother born in PA. Localities are Quincy, Franklin Co, Pennsylvania and Washington Co, Maryland.
Wife: Mary E. Fessler/Fesler b: abt. Aug 1859 MD or PA
d: between 1920-1930
Both parents were born in MD.
Married: abt. 1875
Children:
Clara b: abt. 1875 PA
Harry b: abt. 1879 PA
Charles R. b: abt. Mar 1882 PA m: Margaret abt. 1920 b: abt. 1895 PA
Bertha Mae b: Jul 14, 1893 PA d: Jul 1, 1951
Minnie Gertrude b: abt. Feb 1886 PA
David L. W. b: Sept 1, 1893 PA d: Feb 26, 1968 MD
m: Nellie Catherine G. 1910-1916 b: abt. 1896 Austria d: aft. 1968 (they had 6 children)

Any info would be appreciated. I can't locate John at all in the 1870 census (no matter what name varieties I've tried), and have way too many possible John's in the 1860 census.
