I am looking for information on Fred M. Hammond. Born 1871 in the Dakota Territories, probably South Dakota He died 1952 in Paonia, Delta County, Colorado.
Fred is the son of Henry T and Martha Hammond. Henry was born in Pennsylvania.
Fred married Minnie sometime around the year 1891 or so. They had two known children (maybe more) Dorothy born 1892 and Donald born 1898. He had three grandchildren named: Dorothy T., Donald F and Frederick M.
Fred Mead (one of the grandchildren) died 1946 and is buried in Paonia, Colorado.
Minnie M. was born 1873- and died in 1932, she is buried next to her husband in the Paonia Bethlehem cemetery.
By looking at the stones, it looks like Dorothy died in 1938.
Also in the Bethlehem Cemetery are listed:
• C.M. Hammond 1866-1903
• Henry J. Hammond May 28, 1839-April 28, 1915
• Martha M. Hammond 1841-1928
• Winefred M. Hammond 1878-1911
