Dear Sherry,

Have you looked for and/or found your grandmother in the 1930 census?

Perhaps her parents weren't married and she was listed under her mother's maiden name (whichever that truly was) at birth and that's why you were unable to find the birth certificate?

What is the Pennsylvania connection?
