I am at a major brick wall and can not find out any information about my 3x Great grandmother Sophia nee Bilger Kauler/ Kohler. She was born November 25, 1826 in Upper Salford Montgomery County Pa. And married Amos Kauler March 31, 1844 at Little Zion church in Franconia. Verified Records through New Goshenhoppen Luthern Church.
Her children Maria "mary" Matilda b. 4/11/1845, Abraham b. 8/4/1846,George Washington Kohler b. 10/10/1848(changed spelling), Daniel b. 8/15/1850, and Sophia Idel b. 1/17/1851, her youngest child Sophia was born in Davis Grove Pa. which is Prospectville or Ambler. I have not found Sophia on the 1880 Census nor have I found Amos. She nor Amos appeared listed in her Grandmothers Maria 'Mary" Bilger will who died 11/13/1881.
Would a kind soul please look her up possibly starting in the year 1851 in the Montgomery County Pa area? I would be ever so grateful and will be able to finaly move pass this obstacle.
