I don't think that is her according to my Father's Birth Certificate his Mother's last name was spelled Wynkoop
This is what it say's on the Birth Certificate

I wonder could she have changed the spelling as not to bring shame to her family? I know back then it was unheard of to have a child out of wedlock.
