Wilkes-Barre Times, August 21, 1906

Morgan Miles, of Firwood, and Miss Margaret Jones, of Lee Park, were united in marriage at Plymouth last evening by Rev. H. W. Griffith. J. Miles, a brother of the groom, was best man, and Miss Sarah Jones, a sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. A reception followed at the bride’s home. The happy couple left on a trip to Saratoga and Lake George.

MRS. SARAH J. JONES
Following an illness of complications, Mrs. Sarah J. Jones, of Danville, formerly of this city, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Zeigler, 80 Lee Park Avenue, Lee Park, yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Jones had been a resident of Lee Park for thirty-six years and for the past four years had resided in Danville. The following children survive: James, of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Matthew Momon, of Scranton; Mrs. Morgan Miles, of Plymouth; Mrs. George Ziegler, of Lee Park; Mrs. Charles White, of Ashley; Mrs. Bertram Jones, of this city, and Irving, of Danville; also a stepson, William H. Jones.
The funeral will be held from the home of her daughter Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Services will be conducted at the residence by Rev. Samuel McDowell, pastor of Douglas Presbyterian Church, and interment in Ashley cemetery.
