No newspaper published in North Wales & Hatfield???

I'm looking for 2 obits, one is for Samuel Cook Snyder, died 31 Jan 1937, he was buried in Wentz Reform Cem.
He lived in Hatfield and I understand that that town did
not have a newspaper, where would obits be published for people who lived in Hatfield?? 2nd one is Jacob Cook Snyder, he died 16 June 1947 and lived in North Wales, another town without a newspaper, where would obits be published for people who died in North Wales???

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
