I saw that you were searching for the name Burns in Forest City, PA. I am searching for Sarah A Burns, born abt 1865/1870 in PA. Her father was Patrick Hugh Burns, born in Ireland. Her mother was Mary McGarry born about 1834 in PA. Sarah Burns married Michael Conoran around 1887 and in 1900 they were living in Forest City, PA. In 1910 they were in Forest Ward 1, PA. I would like more info on the Burns Family. Sarah had brothers Patrick Burns and Henry Burns.
