John C. Steele's Westmoreland Co., PA will

I am looking for a copy of John C. Steele's will. It is supposed to be in the following book:

Westmoreland County PA Wills, Volume 8, starting on page 272

Does anyone know where to find a copy of this book? I have friends in PA looking in libraries for this book without any success.

If anyone has any information to share about John C. Steele or his wife, I would greatly appreciate it. John Steele was born about 1824. One of his children was Frances Ellen Steele born 1851 in Armstrong Co., PA who married Samuel Jackson.
