I was told that he was working for a mining company, possibly in the office as a bookkeeper. He was apparently murdered there. I have been unable to find him in 1900 census so he must have died sometime in between 1888 and 1900. I would be grateful for any information or lookups that anyone could provide. He was from Ayrshire, Scotland and was age 20 when he arrived. Notify Administrator about this message?
