Michele,
Peter and Henry Ruffner as twins comes from http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/k/a/n/Vicki-L-Kanarr/GENE6-0001.html?Welcome=1092584655

The marriage of Henry Ruffner and Bridgette Elizabeth Cypher is noted in a family tree document that was passed to me from a distant cousin-in-law to my aunt to me. It's dated from 1998. Unfortunately, it has no sources listed so I have no idea of the accuracy of the information. Interestingly, this same document indicates that Henry and Bridgette had a set of twins - Mary Agnes and John S. Ruffner, in 1861.

The sister and brother marrying brother and sister is pretty interesting. Please let me know if you learn more about it. I'm very curious to know more about the Peter/Henry angle. Maybe we have twin brothers marrying two sisters.

I'll be heading to PA this spring. If I learn anything new, I'll let you know. My email is mom2rjp3@netscape.net
~ Traycie
