Often times immigrants did not end up going to the place listed as their destination, but then who knows.

ALAGIC(H) would appear to come from the Kordun region (at least those ALAGIC(H) in PA) The root of the name may be of Turkish origins from the days when the Ottoman Turks occupied most of Croatia.
