Allens and Roots of Wyoming, Pa

I am starting a search of the Allen family. They lived in Wyoming and vacationed often at Harvey's Lake. Margaret Allen had two girls, Edith and Lillian. Margaret's maiden name was Root and her family came from "Root Holler". I think there are Rugers in the family, too, but have not figured where they come in to the picture yet. Edith was born in 1903. Thank you,
