Hi Judy,
The parents of Ella and her siblings are August Johann Christian Paasch (b. 04 Sep 1854 in Eickhof, Pommerania, Germany; d. 24 Dec 1916 in Clinton, Iowa) and Emilie Selke (b. 12 Jul 1862 in Schwarze SEe, Pasewalk, Germany; d. 05 Jan 1928 in Clinton, IA). They were married 23 Dec 1880 in St. John's Lutheran Church in Clinton. (I got this information from a cousin who works in the Genealogy Department of the Clinton library and I don't know what her sources were, so I can't guarantee the correctness of the dates and places.)
I have one other sister of Ella than what you have listed. Her name is Martha Augusta Emilie Paasch (b. 13 May 1882; d. Abt. Jan 1905). She married Henry Hebeler (b. 21 May 1881 in Germany; d. 04 Oct 1948 in Thomson, Illinois) on 11 Feb 1904 at Martha's parents' home. They had one child, Henry Hebeler II (b. 27 Nov 1904; d. 22 Jan 1956).
August had a brother named Carl. Carl was married to Mathilda Forestier. They had 10 children (including 2 infants that died before they left Germany). They oldest child was my great grandmother, Augusta Wilhelmina Paasch. She was married to Emil George Buelow. Emil and Augusta had 12 children, my grandfather being Emil John Buelow.
Carl and Mathilda's youngest child was named Herman August Carl Paasch.
I would love to exchange family information with you. The cousin that works at the library has provided me with most of the information about the Paasch family from August and Carl to the present. Unfortunately, she had printed it out for me and I'm still in the process of entering the info onto my computer. I would love to get your info (to fill in blanks that I have, and as a second source to confirm the info I already have).
