Dear Ann, I'm sorry to have been out of touch for awhile. I'm a Special Education teacher, providing direct services at six schools, and consultation services at several others. We're in the last six weeks of school, and it's already insane! It will be until school's out. I was sorry too to hear you've been having health-related problems. You're in my thoughts, and I'll definitely keep you in my prayers. I'll go today to copy what I just acquired from Aunt May. There's more in my files, but it will take awhile to get it together. I haven't researched Pabitzkys in a long time, and was working on another line. There's more research to be done on the Pabitzkys. I think, for example, that I know where they may have come from in Prussia. If so, we may, although it's difficult, be able to access German records, and identify their earlier ancestors. Another possibility of doing that is in securing copies of the two marriage records of Robert Pabitzky, and those of Herman and Theodre Pabitzky. Have you done that? I'm not sure but what we might not be able to find Robert Pabitzky's grave, and also to access Catholic Church records that might provide additional information. I've exhausted the possibilities at Clayton, but not through LDS records. And, of course, there's always on site research. I have a wealth of information on the Jacobys, generously shared with me by descendents in another line of the family. I also have some leads on the Dobblemanns that haven't been persued. Unless you've already covered everything, there's still much to be learned. Are you able to do research, and interested in doing so on the Pabitzky, Jacoby, Dobblemann lines? If so, I'd be more than happy to work with you. Always, Lynn Notify Administrator about this message?
