This is very interesting to me. My gread grandmother was Isabel Pabon Silva, from Cabo Rojo, and the name Juan Pabon sounds familiar, I may have heard my grandmother mentioned it once. Maybe Monserrate and Isabel were sisters. Or her name was Monserrate Isabel. Isabel died at midage, for what I know, I am not sure if giving birth to the last child. Isabel was married to Pedro Torres Ramirez. Does all this sounds familiar? My email is czapata@yahoo.com.

I've got Daniel Pabon-_____? m. to Dolores Alves-_____? in mid 1800's, the parents of Juan Pabon-Alves b. abt 1879 who m. Benigna Basiliza Silva-Pagan, and they were the parents of Monserrate I. Pabon-Silva, my g-grandmother.

ANy relation? I've just started searching for my Puerto Rican relatives.
