Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Hi Kathy,
Henry in German means Heinrich.

My Great-Grandfather came from Neu-Ruppin, Germany/ close to Berlin.

To find your grandparents in Germany you need to know a town they lived or were born.

I can help you with translations from English to German. Free my pleasure. Helps me to remember my German.

Good luck,
Alida
