Maggie:
William Pace b. 10/24/1801 Burke Co, NC, d. 12/1/1877 IN, m. Sally Parker on 7/17/1823 in Bartholomew Co, IN. She was b. 1805 NC, d. 1855. The only children I know of were Sarah Jane b. abt 1825 and Charlotte b. 1827. William had 5 children by a second wife, Elizabeth Rogers, m. 1855 in Bartholomew Co, IN.
William was a son of George Pace b. 1752 Prince George Co, VA, d. 1816 Clay Co, KY, m. Sarah Walker 10/27/1784 Wake Co, NC. They had 10 children.
George Pace was a descendant of the famous Richard Pace of the Jamestown Colony, VA, ca. 1620 as confirmed by Bruce Howard's book.
