John Pace & Pace family of Blount County, AL
Posted by: Jack Chamblee Date: November 21, 2001 at 06:53:53
  of 3999

I am a 6th great grandchild of Amelia Pace, b. 11 June 1811, KY, d. 24 March 1864, Blount Co., AL and her husband Enoch Alldredge. They were married in Blount Co., AL. on 12 November 1826. Enoch Alldredge was an officer in the Confederate Army and a prominent State Senator and Representative during his life. I have Enoch and Amelia Pace Alldredge's descendants if someone is interested.

Amelia's parents were John Pace, Jr., b. ? and d. ca. Jan/Feb 1830 Blount Co., AL. and Zeporah (Ziffony) Kirby (Curby?). They were married ca. 1799 in Warren Co., KY.

John Pace, Jr.'s parents- John Pace, Sr., d. ca, 1823 in Greenville, SC and married Ann Russell ca. 1767 in Brunswick Co., VA.

This is all the Pace information I have and request any help from the family in tying this line back into the main Pace family branches.
