I am searching for information concerning a Rachel Pace and her unknown husband. Rachel owned land and lived on it in Marion county, Alabama in the 1850's. It is said that she and her husband were first or second cousins to each other and that he was killed by a stalker in the Civil War. According to census, he was born in Missouri. We don't know if Rachel was a Pace who married a Pace or if her maiden name was something else.
If you should happen to have any information that could be of some help to me then I would surely appreciate your help with this!
