Darlene.All I know about this Jesse Pace is that he
must have been the Father of Sarah A.Pace who married
the brother to my grandfather. My grandfather was John
Walker Pace b. 1843 in Fluvanna. His brother was
William H.Pace. I just recently received the marriage
certificate for the marriage of William H.Pace and
Sarah A.Pace,daughter of Jesse and Martha E.Pace.
I have a Jesse Pace who married a Catherine C.pace
and they had a son Jesse F.Pace.
I also found a Cecelia JOhnson of Goochland who was
first married to a Jesse Pace. He must have died.and
then she married a Mr. Bugg.
I have not found where Cecelia and Jesse had any
children ,although, on the Fluvanna birth records,
was a Henry Or Sidney PAce born,and his birth was reported
by his grandmother, Cecelia Bugg. Mother was listed
as Wanda Pace.(this is from memory).
On the Johnson forum ,there is someone with a little
knowledge of Cecelia and Jesse, but there seems to
be some mystery as to the nature of his death,whether
he fathered any children and whether he also went
by the name of Jesse Pace or Sidney.
There is also listed a Jesse Pace,born in Goochland.
abt.1805-Nothing more.
