Glad the info was helpful. Maria lived with my grandfather Nicola in Boston, Massachusetts for some time and then went to live with Joseph in Lynn, Massachusetts. She is buried there in Lynn. My aunts told me that she was not the most pleasant person in the world but that she was very proud of the fact that she was a "Pacelli."

You probably already know this but we spell our last name SCIPIONE but Joseph spelled it SHIPIONE (in Italy, the C is pronounced like an H).

Where did the name Greco come into play?

Hope you and your family had a great Christmas.

Best regards
