Hello Ann Marie! I have a Sarafina Pacelli in my family, but don't know if there is any connection between us. I've been at this for 15 years and would say the best place to start is by interviewing your relatives, the older ones are best, write down all that they know of the family history, names, dates, places, etc. This will give you a good place to start. Then you might look into the Family History Libraries of the Mormon Church for any Census records, or possibly search some websites. I hope this helps. If you hear of a Sarafina Pacelli (or Pacelle) married to a Rocco Longo in the mid 1800's, she might be my great-great-grandmother.
