Am researching Antonio PACELLI / PACELLA, who came from Dragoni (near Napoli), father's name Michael; and Maria GIZZI, who came from Caserta (near Napoli), father's name Vicenzo. They were probably married in the old country before coming to the US. They lived in Camden and Glassboro NJ in the very early 1900s; then moved to New Castle PA in 1914. They had at least five surviving children: Carmen/Carmella, Michael, Theresa, Virginia, and Rose.
Antonio worked for the railroad. He passed the story down that the family was related to Pope Pius XII; also there were a lot of PACELLI female cousins who lived in CT.
Any connections, pls email -- thanks!
