mario:

i have been researching my pacelli paternal side for about a year and have not been able to find records or someone that could get me beyond 1803. i was able to find a few names around 1800 from the comune of san salvatore telesino but cannot find out if they are related. what i have so far is:

salvadore b. 1803 san salvadore (greatgreatgreatgrandfather)
michele arcangelo b. 1831 san salvadore
(greatgreatgrandfather)
antonio domenico b. 1867 dragoni
(greatgrandfather)

i cannot locate any other siblings for these folks other than antonio who had an older sister b. 1861 named angela. evidently they moved from san salvadore after 1830 and before 1857 to dragoni.

i have lots of information on pacellis from around 1790 to 1900 but not too many direct relatives. do any of these names sound familiar? do you know of an older church in the san salvadore area i could contact to see if they have records for 1810 and before? thanks.

tom
