Need help with the family of Horace Edward PACELEY, b. Jan 20,1864, in OH. I have been unable to locate him prior to the 1900 census. Horace married Elizabeth Jane CLINE. They had four children to grow to adulthood: (1) Stella PACELEY, b. 1893, m. John Theo MACHU; (2) Ida Florence PACELEY, b. 1895, m. John Cleveland WREN; (3) Mary E. PACELEY, b. 1898; and (4) Clara H. PACELEY, b. 1901. The family was in the Muscatine County, Iowa area beginning by at least 1900. Also my website has changed location, and my e-mail address has changed since my last posting. New website location is mcclure.freeservers.com (there is no www. in front of the address).
