Pacey in Newton on Trent, and Sheffield UK

Is anyone researching Pacey in Newton on Trent, (Lincolnshire / Nottinghamshire border) or in Sheffield?

My 2*G Grandfather John Pacey (1805/6 to 1879) married (1831) Maria Smith (1809/10 to 1893). They lived at Newton on Trent in Lincolnshire U.K.

My G Grandfather Joseph moved to Sheffield and I note from the 1881 Census that there were seven Pacey families in Sheffield and in each case the Head of household was born in Newton on Trent. These were Edward (age 46), John (43), Henry (38), Charles (35), George (34), James (28), and my G Grandfather Joseph (41),

I think that George and Joseph were brothers and there was an Alfred who remained in Newton on Trent. I do not know whether the others were related or not.

Would be interested to hear from any working in this area
