does anyone have any information on a WILLIAM ALFRED PACEY.
D.O.B.LATE 1870'S EARLY TO MID 1880'S.
Born,possibly in Newark on Trent,England and married a Rose alice(Chester?).
They had 9 children:-
Alice,
William(Bill)
George
Kathleen(Kit)
Ellen(Nell)
Frederick(Fred)
May
Arthur(my father)
Dorothy
By the time my father was born in June 1915 they had all moved to Holbeach in Lincolnshire,England.
He worked as a Malster in the brewing industry.
When he died is a bit of a mystery.Various family stories have him dying at sea in 1917,of pneumonia or dying of the flu epidemic after the Great war.What I do know is that his youngest child Dorothy was only a baby when he died.
