Jeremiah Pack's son Timothy Pack is listed in the Cherokee county, North Carolina census as 41 years old and born in Sumner county, Tennessee ( yes this census lists the county of birth as well as the state). This would definitely put Timothy and his mother, Mary "Polly" Gregory Pack in Sumner county at the right time and makes it almost certain that the Jeremiah Pack in the tax list is their father and husband.
