Slight correction to the name, its actually Isaac N Pack. I was able to find him in the 1860 census and 1910 census as Isaac N, same family in both 1900 census as 1910 census. But the 1900 census you can't make out the middle initial.

From some other postings on another site, It seems as though Isaac's father was James William Pack b: 1825 Tenn.
